COVID-19 APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL

We hope this message finds you and your family healthy during these challenging times.

We have implemented the following safety measures as mandated by the state and in accordance with best health practices from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

If you do not feel comfortable keeping your upcoming appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

NEW SAFETY MEASURES

  • Treatment rooms and equipment will be cleaned before and after every patient according to CDC guidelines.
  • We have designated a roving sanitization specialist to continually clean all high-touch areas in the facility.
  • We are conducting paperless pre-visit screenings for all patients with upcoming appointments. It is imperative these electronic forms be filled out ASAP after receiving them. They do not upload instantly for us to view.
  • Our staff are up-to-speed on COVID-19 symptoms and utilize recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Our reception area has been rearranged to help ensure patients maintain a safe social distance. Please arrive at LEAST 5-minutes early to allow for curbside check-in. You may call or TEXT our main line at (978)851-6334 to inform the front desk of your arrival. We ask that you wait in your parked car or away from other patients outdoors. Due to our new check in procedures and social distancing guidelines, if you are running late for your appointment there is a high probability will have to reschedule your appointment.
  • We will meet you outside where your temperature will be taken prior to being brought into the building. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other COVID-19 symptom your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • Only patients, or patients plus one critical caregiver, are allowed into an appointment.
  • All flyers, brochures, displays, toys, magazines, etc. have been removed.
  • Face coverings must be worn while in the office. This includes children over the age of 2. We unfortunately, will not be able to provide masks to our patients due to the nationwide shortage of PPE, we are preserving our supplies so we may treat our patients.
  • We have implemented digital tools for check-in as well as contactless payment methods to reduce germ spread via clipboards, pens, and money.
  • We’ve added time between appointments to allow for sanitizing and to keep patients apart from one another to avoid high volume or density.
  • Any patients or staff who were diagnosed with COVID-19 must have an all-clear notification from their physician before entering our facility. If anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please reach out to us prior to your scheduled appointment.

We ask that all patients use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door upon entering. It will also be available in other areas of the office. As always, our main concern is the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at any time. To request an appointment, please click below.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Jasveen Singh, DMD

I grew up in Canton, MA and graduated Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2015. I worked as a general dentist for a year before attending Boston University for two years to receive my specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry. I have wanted to be a pediatric dentist since I was 17 years old. Working with children brings me so much joy and satisfaction that I cannot imagine doing anything else. I am very grateful and honored to be able to work with children.
